As our next Receptionist and Administration Assistant, you will work closely with the Administration team to provide secretarial and general administrative support for the business. This is a fast paced environment, which requires a keen eye for detail, excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities. It is key that you are able to foster strong working relationships, have a positive outlook and most importantly, enjoy working within an energetic, dynamic entertainment based media company! 

We are looking for the newest member of the SCA Crew who;

  • Has previous Administration and/or reception and/or secretarial experience
  • Shows an ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Is able to provide support for reception as when required
  • Can competently manage secretarial functions including typing, filing, telephone calls and responding to emails
  • Is a team player and happy to support the admin team with a positive demeanor
