SCA WANTS YOU as our next Interviewer / Research Assistant. This is an entry level role where you will work within a team to dial out to Australian metropolitan and regional markets to ascertain radio and TV listening, viewing habits and/or to conduct opinion polls for distribution throughout Southern Cross Austereo and other requested delegates. You will use an auto-dialler software system to quickly and effectively question research subjects.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal) and a genuine love of chatting to people from all backgrounds. We will expect that you can manage difficult situations that may arise including conflict resolution tactics and handling negative customer feedback. This is a casual position, hours are 9am - 7.30pm and applicants with a flexible approach to the hours they work would suit us perfectly! Candidates with experience working in a callcentre will be viewed favorably.
