We are looking for the best in the business to take on a General Manager position based in Esperance. The successful candidate will be progressive and commercially astute with plenty of industry experience, and someone who is closely embedded in your local community. The position will include overseeing our radio stations Triple M and Hit Fm in Esperance. Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the national strategy through the effective and efficient management of the assets and resources in our Esperance operation. You will be coaching and supporting a team of creative, passionate, highly skilled and committed media professionals.

- Experience in broadcast media or a related industry with strong leadership, management and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams and individuals to consistently perform at high levels
- Strong commercial skills and the ability to use financial data and business information to make effective decisions that will assist the company to achieve its objectives
- “Big picture” thinking skills and the ability to grasp issues and business realities relating to organisational development
- Unrivalled communication skills that will assist you in supporting and coaching individuals and teams
