As Administration Officer for our Griffith office, you will work closely with the Administration team to provide secretarial, and general administrative support for the business. This is a fast paced environment, which requires a keen eye for detail, excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities. It is key that you are able to foster strong working relationships, have a positive outlook and most importantly, enjoy working within an energetic, dynamic media related environment! 

As the successful candidate you will…

  • Have previous Administration experience
  • Be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Provide support for reception as and when required
  • Take care of general secretarial functions including typing, filing, telephone calls and responding to email with high attention to detail
  • Provide a high level of support to both internal and external stakeholders, as required
