Southern Cross Austereo- home of Hit- 99.7 and Triple M- 963 is seeking a dynamic, driven and innovative sales professional to join our team in Griffith. You don’t need prior experience working in advertising sales because we will give you all the training and development needed.  What you do need is ambition, self-motivation and a passion for delivering first-class customer service.

Candidates with a passion for media, entertainment and sports will certainly feel right at home in our vibrant and buzzy office space!

As our newest Account Manager, you will join a high performing team who work hard and fast to grow strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence buy-in. You will be required to leverage all possible revenue opportunities to meet your monthly targets. We are looking for a people-person who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service with fantastic communication skills, customer-focus and an ability to work autonomously and as part of our fantastic, high-performing team.

You will:

  • Create and drive your sales pipeline
  • Identify clients' needs, expectations and sell appropriate tailored services and solutions
  • Navigate through complex organisations building relationships across all levels
  • Effectively and collaboratively manage priorities, multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Document and track all sales activities through our CRM
