About you:
We are looking to fill an exciting newly created role as Team Leader of our Metro Traffic Team. If you don't know traffic and scheduling, that can be learned- we are looking for an inspiring, transformational team leader with a proven track record managing teams. As our next Traffic Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring our team of radio traffic schedulers and maximising client results by ensuring all commercials and station activity is aired correctly and delivered on time. You will work with the Traffic team to make sure that all deadlines are met, and assist the Traffic & Operations Manager on a daily basis.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven track record leading and mentoring teams
• A passion for building teamwork and co-operation by sharing resources, knowledge and skills
• Initiative, with an ability to think ahead in order to establish an efficient and appropriate course of action
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise
• An openness to new ideas and ways of doing things differently
• Has a positive attitude to change and new challenges
