We are looking for a General Sales Manager based in Whyalla, to join our high performing TV Sales team in the Spencer Gulf and Broken Hill. This position will be a 12-month Maternity leave contract.
In this key leadership role, you will be instrumental in providing a clear vision, coaching, mentoring and bringing out the very best in your people. You will formulate and implement plans and strategies to ensure goals and budgets are achieved.
Leading a team of account managers across five office locations, this role will require regular travel covering the region.
A competitive remuneration package including a company vehicle and phone.
We are looking for the newest member of the SCA Team who has;
• A proven record in business solutions selling- with experience in the entertainment and media sector being highly advantageous
• An ability to foster and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• A focus that is commercially-minded and business-orientated, with an ability to develop and inspire staff
• First-class negotiation and presentation skills
• Extremely solid knowledge of the media landscape and a passion for the industry
