As our newest Campaign Ideas Manager, you will be working closely with our Head of Campaigns and Head of Studio, to interpret briefs, developing creative solutions, pitching campaigns in market and implementing sold activity. The role is designed to successfully oversee a campaign idea from conception to execution. This role is a member of the Local Studio team and therefore requires successful collaboration between the other members of ‘The Studio’ in the Queensland market, as well Local Account Management and Sales Support teams.

- Demonstrated and exceptional Project Management skills.
- Experience within media (desirable), with a passion for the industry.
- The ability to manage concurrent projects with short deadlines, whilst maintaining high quality outputs.
- Exceptional communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- An innovative spirit - capable of originating, developing and presenting new ideas.
- The ability to thrive within a fast-paced, highly competitive and constantly changing environment.
- An ability to provide creative and practical solutions to problems.
- A can-do attitude and a proactive approach to your duties.
