Southern Cross Austereo – one of Ausralia’s most progressive and exciting entertainment based media companies is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Promotions Assistant to join the team in Coffs Harbour

Reporting to the Promotions Manager, you will work closely with the Promotions Manager, Content and Sales teams to design and implement multiplatform marketing campaigns for our valued clients and top rating shows. You’ll help ensure that campaign elements are delivered on time, on brief and on budget. You’ll be executing activity on air, online and out on the street... And no project will be too big, or too strange!


As the successful candidate, you have:

  • A demonstrated ability to multitask and work to deadlines under pressure
  • Solid office administration skills
  • Sound organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication
  • A creative approach to work coupled with good problem solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills – you’re a team player who’s able to develop and foster productive working relationships
  • Good computer skills (including proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for radio and the media industry generally
