We are looking for a commercially focused leader to join our Toowoomba team in the role of General Manager. As part of the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for maximising the profitability through the effective and efficient management of the assets and resources within this market. You will be leading and managing a team of creative, passionate, highly skilled and committed media professionals.

Culturally, you will be able to bring your team on a journey of growth and possess attributes such as high levels of energy, EQ, humility, authenticity, and transparency.


As the successful applicant you will have:

  • Proactive and inspiring leadership qualities to ensure your market is aligned with national objectives
  • The ability to foster meaningful relationships with prominent industry and business leaders
  • Strong leadership, management and coaching skills across diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams and individuals to consistently perform at high levels
  • Strong commercial skills and the ability to use financial data and business information to make effective decisions that will assist the company to achieve its objectives
  • An unquenchable desire to drive a culture of success and be prepared to make the hard decisions to achieve this
  • A strong understanding of the unique requirements of the Toowoomba region and the local community

In addition, you will have excellent self-management skills, strong work ethic and a proven ability in building and managing diverse and high-performing teams.
