As our newest Sales Administrator, you will work closely with the EA to the Chief Sales Officer to provide administrative support for the Sydney Sales team.  No two days will be the same as you support highly motivated Account Managers that seek reliable, unwavering support to achieve their team’s goals. This is a fast paced environment, which requires a keen eye for detail, excellent time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities. It is key that you are able to foster strong working relationships, have a positive outlook and most importantly, enjoy working within an energetic, dynamic entertainment based media company!

We are looking for the newest member of the SCA Crew who;

  • Has previous Administration and/or reception experience 
  • Has previous events coordination experience
  • Is a self-starter with a can-do attitude, committed to driving improvements and best practice
  • Is genuinely passionate about the media and entertainment industry
  • Shows an ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, feels at ease liaising with executive stakeholders and third parties
  • Can competently deliver high level administrative functions, with strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Is a team player who proactively supports the Sales leadership team with enthusiasm and diligence
  • Is comfortable juggling the priorities of multiple stakeholders with efficiency, confidentiality and professionalism
