We are searching for innovative and strategic leaders with a strong track record of successfully managing teams to join our newly created Traffic function in Coffs Harbour. As our newest Traffic Team Leader, you will be leading a small team responsible for the scheduling of broadcast content and advertising on SCA's leading radio stations across the Triple M & Hit! Networks for regional Australia!
Reporting into the Traffic & Operations Manager, as one of our Team Leaders you will lead by example and will be accountable for the training and mentoring your team of Traffic Executives, ensuring they are supported and resourced to perform at their best.
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in people leadership from within a customer service, contact centre or corporate environment and will have demonstrated examples of your ability to problem solve and drive process efficiencies, to deliver an excellent service outcome.
To be a successful Team Leader, you will possess the following:
- Management experience, with a strong track record of successfully leading a team
- Experience using CRM/inventory management/scheduling or similar software would be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate teams and individuals to consistently perform at high levels
- Proven change management skills and the ability to report on progress and outcomes of initiatives
- Commercial acumen, the ability to use financial and business information to understand and influence decisions to drive commercial success
- The ability to identify and articulate issues relating to organisational development, with success in suggesting and implementing process improvements.
