The role of Traffic & Operations Manager involves effective leadership, inventory management and strong collaboration with the Creative, Sales and Programming functions to assist in generating revenue for our business. This newly created role will see you manage the centralised Traffic Team based in Coffs Harbour.
The role also involves providing great solutions for our clients and the ability to think outside of what traditionally is required, whilst paying attention to every detail. It will require leading a team of Traffic Team Leaders and Executives; build a positive culture to ensure they meet station budgets, goals and client contracts. You will be responsible for implementing a culture that ensures inventory meets client and programming needs.
To be considered for this role, you will have previous leadership experience in a corporate environment and have a genuine passion for solving problems and delivering excellent customer service and problem solving.
