As our newest Casual Receptionist, you will be working in a fast paced and high energy environment, you will be responsible for ensuring a fantastic first impression for our valued clients and enhancing their overall experience by providing friendly service, both face to face and over the telephone.

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer and MS Office skills
  • Exemplary people skills, you will be comfortable interacting with people from all walks of life
  • Experience in working on a busy switchboard
  • An ability to work autonomously and make mature decisions quickly
  • An ability to pick up internal systems quickly
  • Proven experience in customer service
