The location for this role is open and can be flexible depending on the candidate, rest assured we have offices across the entire country!

Working closely with the Sales and Technology Development teams, the Salesforce Customer Executive will promote strategies that support long-term business goals, anticipate tactical needs and maximise the value out of the Salesforce platform. In addition to driving best practice in system methodology and process improvements, as the successful candidate you will manage and analyse Salesforce projects end-to-end. 

Playing a highly operational role, you will be SCA's 'go-to' person on the optimisation of project use in Salesforce and will provide insight and feedback to senior stakeholders to influence effective decision making. You will be an adaptable and collaborative communicator who enjoys engaging with cross-functional teams, you will also be curious by nature and driven to exploit any opportunity to add value to the business through Salesforce process improvement.

  • Trained/experienced in the administrative use of Salesforce (Salesforce Administrative Certification desirable).
  • Experienced in the end-to-end documentation of project work and progress in Salesforce.
  • An excellent problem solver, capable of foreseeing potential problems/limitations and taking action.
  • Results driven, capable of maintaining a high quality and output of work while managing concurrent projects.
  • Highly organised with a 'can-do' attitude towards servicing the needs of internal customers.
  • Capable of communicating systems information in a clear and concise manner to senior stakeholders.
