SCA is on the hunt for an exceptional Head of Sales to lead our Sydney TV Sales Team. As SCA’s new Sydney Head of TV Sales, you will be responsible for maximising revenue from the advertising agency market through SCA’s lucrative TV assets. Leveraging your sales and people leadership expertise, you will provide strategic direction and support local and national commercial opportunities and have a proven track record in over-achievement.
You will oversee the day-to-day activities of Sales Managers and their respective teams, monitoring the delivery of exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring your people are equipped with the right resources and tactics to enable them to respond to market conditions and leverage all possible revenue opportunities. You will also be offering your expert analysis, advice and guidance in relation to driving revenue performance, retaining accounts and growing new business and general operations.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- An extensive and successful track record in Sales management within the Australian media landscape
- Demonstrated past experience in building and managing high calibre sales teams, reinforced by a natural ability to inspire exceptional levels of performance in the people who report to you
- Superior influencing and interpersonal skills along with an ability to cast and maintain productive work relationships
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines
