Leading the way for digital thought leadership and innovation, SCA is one of Australia's most exciting; fast moving, progressive entertainment-based media companies. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Digital Marketing Agency Manager to join our team.

This position will be leading our Queensland team, therefore you will need to be based in the state. Location within QLD may be flexible, depending on the candidate!

Obsessed with the power of seriously smart marketing you will be the resource our Broadcast Sales teams comes to the most, astounding (and supporting) not only them, but their clients with innovative campaigns that leverage our full suite of tools and drive outstanding results

Your strategic mind will add value through identifying category trends for our client's marketing campaigns. You will champion 'digital' and promote its reach and commercial benefits to our sales teams to maximise revenue yield. You will also be a passionate people leader with proven success in your ability to foster a culture of idea sharing and collaboration.

The ideal candidate is self-starter who is familiar with the social media landscape, is passionate about great content and has STRONG digital marketing skills. You will have proven ability in social media and digital marketing planning, strategy or implementation.

As the winning candidate you'll have:

  • Strong digital marketing experience and extensive *professional* use of social media technology
  • Experience leading a high performing team and a passion for people development
  • A hunger for all things digital, strategy and creative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to identify and commercialise business opportunities
  • Working knowledge of Social Media Marketing and analytics tools,
