We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Advisor to join our People and Culture team in our fun and vibrant head offices in Sydney. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our managers and employees in your assigned region through the delivery of a broad range of human resources business partnering services. 

Navigating day to day people issues will be a major part of your focus and you will be confident in delivering a range of generalist functions such as performance management, industrial relations, HR policies, as well as be involved in specialist HR projects to support the achievement of our People Strategy. Working in a fast-paced environment, we need an agile, self-motivated and resilient HR professional.

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a relevant field
  • Strong customer service focus and stakeholder management and relationship skills
  • Experience in delivering on key HR projects and initiatives
  • Demonstrated knowledge of legislation and industrial instruments relating to key workforce projects
  • A commitment to understanding and building positive culture in work teams consistent with SCA values
