Digital Content Producer

Sydney - Salaried

As a Digital Content Producer for the Hit Network, you are responsible for the creation, production and execution of audio, visual and social content for the Hit Network’s formidable digital presences.

Reporting to the Hit Digital Content Director, you will generate innovative ideas that enhances the digital strategy and attracts new audiences by producing unique and compelling content through various digital channels. The role is based in Sydney but open to other locations including Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. 

You will be passionate about celebrity, pop culture, TV and Lifestyle for our range of websites and social media presences in order to entertain, attract, and retain audiences. You will work the wider Hit Network team to provide our audiences with fresh, on Brand content, primarily working to ensure Hit is at the forefront of all conversations our fans are having.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in producing audio, digital or social content for online, radio or television
  • Advanced knowledge of best practice cross-media production techniques including new media usability principals and deliver content to correct specifications
  • The ability to produce, write, edit and preferably post produce audio visual content for digital channels
  • Experience in using industry standard audio and or video editing tools including audio editing software (Adobe Audition) and Adobe Premiere, or similar.
  • A web publishing background including using Photoshop and HTML is desirable.
  • An understanding of all web based tools and experience using content management systems (CMS)
