Southern Cross Austereo, home of Triple M 102.3 and Hit 103.1 are on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Account Manager to join our sales team in Townville.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary and allowances as well as an uncapped commission structure which really rewards over performance. Our robust onboarding and training ensure you hit the ground running and are set up for success from day one.

The focus of this role is to maintain and grow an existing media list of Radio clients, whilst also attracting new accounts to the medium. You will offer innovative and client focused solutions across all of our radio assets encompassing MMM and HIT.
You will be passionate about the media industry with an ability to deal with people at all levels. In particular, we are looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally ambitious, with an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of achievement in sales
- Resilient in approach and with the ability to overcome objections
- Ethical in everything you do
- Autonomous and determined to drive your own performance
