As part of SCA’s integration unit - The Studio, our Creative and Pitch Director will facilitate higher quality outcomes for our direct clients and agency partners in market. You will play a vital role in the development of creative ideas and solutions for our clients. Working closely with the Sales team, you'll oversee every aspect of the creative process, from strategy, idea generation, creative writing, pitch design and presenting. We want someone with a passion for creating ideas for audio and other mediums, who can use strategic thinking to develop or rationalise client campaign architecture. As the successful candidate, you will work closely with Head of The Studio to receive and interpret briefs from direct clients and agency partners in market, as well as driving creativity within the wider team.
Your prior 3+ years’ experience in a Media or Agency environment and strong creative writing and presentation skills will be required. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Head of The Studio and Account Managers to interpret briefs and lead creative output to achieve core objectives.
The newest member of The Studio Adelaide crew will;
- Have approximately 3+ years of copywriting experience
- Be able to remain calm and creative under pressure, managing fast turnaround times while still delivering exceptional creative
- Have outstanding organisational skills and be able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Have advanced PowerPoint skills
- Have experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Adapt well to the dynamic requirements of our Sales teams and the audio advertising market in general
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills coupled with an ability to deal with staff and clients at all levels
- Be proactive in your solutions and work ethic
