Digital Sales Manager

Reporting directly to the Head of Streaming Sales & Operations, as our newest Digital Sales Manager you will be responsible for powering SCA’s Digital Audio revenue through direct & programmatic transactions and ensuring the exceptional implementation of integrated client campaigns by providing first-class customer service and support for all client activity. You will be also be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a high-performing National team of Digital Sales Account Managers and Coordinators to deliver innovative and client-focused solutions.

Please note role is available on a 9-month parental leave contract.

It will be your job to find and develop digital relationships with Sydney's best agencies, trading desks and direct clients to showcase & evangelize SCA's Digital product suite & SoundCloud. This role will require an experienced Digital Media Sales leader who is relationship driven, with experience providing digital audio solutions to briefs.

As an expert in the digital space, you will be leading the wider sales teams in driving Digital Audio revenue through innovative marketing solutions across Live Radio and Music Streaming (SoundCloud) as well as video, display and social platforms. You will be comfortable with a data driven approach, and an innovative fast-paced environment. In addition, you will assist in the development of sales strategy, to grow revenue across SCA’s full spectrum of digital platforms. As our newest Digital Sales Manager, you will come from a diverse media sales background with specific expertise in designing client solutions across digital platforms.

While comprehensive training will be provided, it is ESSENTIAL that the successful candidate possess:

  • Experience and success leading a high-performing and diverse Digital Media Sales team
  • Demonstrated previous media sales & programmatic experience
  • A highly strategic approach to identifying, qualifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Exceptional influencing skills and a highly consultative and customer-centric approach
  • Strong analytical skills and experience utilising data to inform your approach
  • A burning passion for Digital Audio and a keen interest in emerging industry trends
