We are on the hunt for a seasoned Marketing Director to join our high-performing national Marketing & Communication team on a 12-month parental leave cover contract. This is a vibrant and fast-paced leadership role that will oversee the facilitation for all marketing activity for SCA’s portfolio of national assets, including television, radio, audio on demand and online.

The successful candidate will execute strategies with the goal of developing brand awareness, loyalty and ultimately trial SCA's brands, shows and initiatives. You will be working closely with SCA’s boldest and brightest leaders in Content across iconic brand assets, such as the Hit & Triple M Networks and Digital Audio division, to deliver innovative and effective communications solutions within SCA’s dynamic media entertainment environment.

  • Strong and successful strategic skills that enable the development of marketing solutions for a diverse brand portfolio, spanning across multiple business areas and geographical markets
  • Proven success in developing complex multi-channel and multi-market campaigns with an indepth understanding of digital marketing
  • Proven skills to develop and implement complex marketing growth strategies, inclusive of audience migration ad acquisition outcomes
  • Proven success building strong brand equity to produce world class brand outcomes.
  • The ability to lead, coach and develop a diverse team of Brand Managers
  • Highly credible, persuasive, and engaging presentation skills.
  • A strong knowledge of, and passion for, Australian media brands and industry.
