We are on the hunt for an expert Creative Director – Marketing to join our high-performing national Marketing & Communication team on a 12-month parental leave cover contract. This is a vibrant and fast-paced leadership role that will develop and execute the creative vision and facilitate the production of key marketing campaigns and brands for SCA’s portfolio of national assets, including television, radio and online.

The successful candidate will aim to deliver outstanding creative output, within designated timeframes and budgets. You will be working closely with SCA’s talented National Marketing & Communications team and chosen external suppliers to deliver innovative, inventive, and effective communication solutions within SCA’s dynamic media entertainment environment.

Make no mistake, we are after the best. To be successful, you must possess:

  • Experience in creative development, executing brand and tactical campaigns that span across multiple brands, and multiple geographical markets.
  • Expertise in marketing production across all mediums, including digital, online, visual, photography, TV, print, outdoor, merchandise and event collateral.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to effectively deliver within budgetary limits.
  • Strong copywriting skills across TV, Radio, EDMs, brand copy and campaign copy.
  • The ability to coach and develop a diverse and highly creative team.
  • Highly credible, persuasive, and engaging presentation skills.
  • A strong knowledge of, and passion for, Australian media brands and industry.
