Our Talent Acquisition Advisors are responsible for driving recruitment campaigns with the goal of attracting the most creative, innovative and passionate people to our business. You will be partnering with Hiring Managers across the country to drive best practice end-to-end recruitment across our 65 offices, no two days will be the same!

You will be a confident communicator who knows how to influence their audience and who is committed to providing an excellent internal customer experience. You will be someone that continually asks ‘why’ and who will seek innovative solutions to solve business problems. You will know your way around a spreadsheet and how to get the most out of an ATS/HRIS.

Most importantly, you will be genuinely passionate about people and will understand that the job is about more than just filling a vacancy. You will be fiercely passionate about Diversity and Inclusion, and will proactively seek opportunities to advocate for our diversity strategy across the business.

As the winning candidate, you must possess:

  • Experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in an agency or internal environment (Media or Sales highly desirable)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills – you can speak and relate to anyone, at any level
  • Experience facilitating end-to-end recruitment campaigns, for volume through to niche roles
  • Experience drafting employment contracts and interpreting/applying Fair Work Awards
  • An interest in creative employer branding and EVP development
  • An interest in recruitment strategy and analysing workforce trends
  • Strong MS Word & PowerPoint skills, with sound MS Excel skills  
  • Experience utilising a HRIS/ATS (PageUp & Chris21 highly desirable)
  • A tertiary qualification in HR (highly desirable)
