As an Account Manager with SCA, you can expect to:
• Work with the wider Sales team to develop Radio advertising and digital campaigns
• Deliver exciting and challenging projects, monitoring deadlines and managing ambiguity
• Identify clients' needs, expectations and sell appropriate tailored services and solutions
• Effectively and collaboratively manage priorities, multi-task and work well under pressure
• Utilise SCA’s CRM to diligently document and track client communications
In addition to your exceptional communication skills and desire to exceed customer expectations, you will also bring:
• A passion for building relationships with small to medium businesses
• An ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team
• A creative spirit, approaching client brief with a positive can-do attitude and a drive to succeed
