We are looking for our next Group Sales Manager to join our high performing, fast paced Media Sales team. In this key leadership role you will be instrumental in providing a clear vision, coaching, mentoring and bringing out the very best in your people. You will formulate and implement plans and strategies to ensure goals and budgets are achieved.
Our newest Group Sales Manager will be joining our award-winning Melbourne team who have an exceptional culture of fun, collaboration, and high performance. You will be working with key media agencies and will create advertising solutions across SCA’s iconic assets, such as Hit & Triple M Networks, PodcastOne Australia, Soundcloud, and Digital. Please note that this role is available on a 12-month parental leave contract.
We are looking for the newest member of the Melbourne SCA Crew who has;
- A proven record in selling tailored and creative advertising solutions for media agency clients
- A passion for coaching, developing, and mentoring a diverse and high-performing Sales team
- An ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A focus that is commercially minded and strategic, capable of delivering both long and short term results
- First-class negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-efficacy, will drive their own success as well as engaging and motivating others
- Strong knowledge of the media landscape and a passion for the industry
