Reporting into the Chief Content Officer, the newly created role of Head of Audio Production & Operations will be responsible for leading the migration of SCA’s total audio production workforce across our linear broadcasting and digital audio channels. Through this you will ensure efficient integration of SCA’s back-of-house Audio Production and Operations hubs to enable a seamless execution of all external SCA media.
As the successful applicant you will have:
- Extensive content operations and audio production experience at an executive level
- A market leading understanding of multi-platform media facets
- Specialised content technical ability with understanding of key macro industry trends
- Experience leading large and diverse teams across various locations and within complex organisational structures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire teams and individuals to consistently perform at high levels
- Strong commercial skills and the ability to use financial data and business information to make effective decisions and to drive change when necessary
- An unquenchable desire to drive a culture of success and continuous improvements through innovation
