As our new Sales Support Executive, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the CRM training of all sales staff, including content development, on-boarding, and adoption. You will play a critical role Centre of Excellence for the implementation of Salesforce Sales CRM across SCA. This role can be based in any capital city, flexible for the right candidate.
You will work closely with our Salesforce Customer Executive to develop and promote strategies that support long-term business goals, anticipate tactical needs, and maximize value out of the Salesforce platform. This is a truly unique, and rare opportunity to join the team.
Make no mistake, we are looking for the best. As the successful applicant you will have:
- 3 years + experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, Customer Service Support, or similar
- Expertise using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software within a large and diverse organisation (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience building training guides or programs in CRM platforms which are practical and effective
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong interest in coaching, developing and mentoring others
- An interest in data and the use of dashboards to influence and inform stakeholders
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage concurrent projects effectively
