The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing unique and compelling trade marketing campaigns, events and tactics across all media channels to both internal and external stakeholders.

As our newest Trade Marketing Executive, you will ensure all activity aligns with strategic and tactical sales activity. You will understand the role of marketing in strategy, audience insights, and will support the development of campaigns and events that harness relevant key messages and creative ideas, using all available trade marketing channels.

Working closely with our Trade Marketing Director and State based Trade Marketing Managers, you will ensure SCA’s unique products and content achieves a high level of awareness and appeal amongst targeted ‘business to business’ trade communities via inspiring and informative multi-channel trade marketing campaigns. You will work hard and fast to optimise the representation of SCA’s iconic brands in market.

  • A relevant tertiary qualification, such as publicity, marketing, or advertising (highly desirable).
  • Success in Event planning and execution, exceeding expectations of stakeholders.
  • The ability to confidently originate, develop and present new ideas and arguments constructively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage.
  • Superior organisation skills, capable of coordinating campaigns concurrently without missing a beat, prioritises effectively.
  • The ability to problem solve with a positive and collaborative spirit, takes initiative.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • A strong understanding and passion for the media and entertainment industry as a category.
  • High levels of energy and drive, looks for challenges and thrives while working both autonomously and as a part of a team.
