We are looking for our next General Sales Manager to lead our high performing, fast-paced Media Sales teams in the South West. In this key leadership role, you will be instrumental in providing a clear vision, coaching, mentoring, and bringing out the very best in your people. You will formulate and implement plans and strategies to ensure goals and budgets are achieved using SCA’s suite of products.

We are looking for a leader with;

  • A proven record in selling tailored and creative advertising solutions for media clients
  • A passion for coaching, developing and mentoring a diverse and high-performing Sales team
  • An ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A focus that is commercially minded and strategic, capable of delivering both long- and short-term results
  • First-class negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-efficacy - will drive their own success as well as engaging and motivating others
  • Strong knowledge of the media landscape and a passion for the industry
