We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Video & Social Media Producer – LiSTNR to join our talented Sydney team. 

In this role (junior to mid level) you will be responsible for the planning, production and execution of digital, video and social content for LiSTNR’s broad network of podcasts, app, websites and social media presences.

What you will do day-to-day: 

  • Work with the LiSTNR’s Digital Content Director & Assistant Digital Content Director to realise and manifest the Digital Content Strategy for the LiSTNR Network across all digital platforms for all its show
  • Produce, film, write, edit and post-produce video content for digital channels
  • Ensure that LiSTNR shows in your remit are appropriately curated and promoted on SCA owned and operated assets.
  • Help, support and maintain the content strategy for the LiSTNR network of shows across all external properties (social and video), maximising exposure of the brands within.
  • Develop practical and actionable content strategies for new and existing shows
  • Be involved in the day-to-day management for certain shows’ social media management and tactical work.
  • Uploading content to content management systems and/or social platforms for shows and stakeholders
  • Copywriting for social media posts
  • Contribute to the wider content team and help to build its capability and processes

Required Skills and Knowledge: 

  • Ability to produce, write & edit video content for digital channels
  • Experience in producing digital content and managing social media accounts
  • Knowledge of best practice cross-media production techniques including new media usability principals and deliver content to correct specifications
  • Experience in using Adobe Premiere Pro & Photoshop
  • Experience in web publishing including using Photoshop and HTML is desirable
  • Experience preferable in producing and delivering entertainment content for either radio, television, on-line and mobile
  • Confident in using Apple Mac devices for majority of work
  • A love for Podcasting with a keen interest in the future of audio
