We’re on the hunt for a Account Coordinator / Receptionist to join our Team based in Townsville.

About the role:

As our newest Account Coordinator / Receptionist, you will provide high levels of customer service and administration support to SCA's Townsville. This is a hybrid role creating opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive sales team where you will provide administrative support for Account Managers and Sales Managers daily. This entry-level role is responsible for high levels of internal and external client satisfaction, helping to maximise revenue through designing and preparing client proposals, entering booking information, generating a range of reports, and managing our client database. The role would suit a passionate administrator with experience in a deadline driven environment and administrative support services.

What you’ll be doing:

As the first point of contact for Townsville's SCA office, you will embrace SCA's values and throw yourself wholeheartedly into fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging company culture. This is a challenging and dynamic position which requires energy and passion for the work. You will provide administrative support to the wider sales team in an effective, detailed, and timely manner, while delivering a high level of client satisfaction through providing prompt, customer focused and professional responses to enquiries and requests.

Experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Assistant, or similar.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • A proactive approach to work, a can-do attitude and a warm disposition towards all you meet!
  • Highly attentive to detail with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
  • A team player with a positive attitude to change and new challenges!
  • Genuinely passionate about the media industry and interested in growing your career in media sales or administration.
