Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) is Australia’s largest media company and home to some of your favourite brands. We are looking for our next Account Manager in Port Lincoln. In this role you will deliver targeted outcomes, build long term client relationships and attract new customers.

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, our newest Account Manager will be joining our Spencer Gulf team who have an exceptional culture of fun, collaboration, and high performance. You will be working with local small to medium businesses and will create advertising solutions across SCA’s local assets.

As an Account Manager with SCA, you can expect to:

  • Identify clients' needs, expectations and sell effective tailored solutions. 
  • Work with the team to build and execute TV advertising campaigns. 
  • Provide exceptional service throughout the entire customer experience. 
  • Effectively manage priorities and meet deadlines, multi-task and work well under pressure. 
  • Utilise SCA's CRM to diligently document and track client communications.

In addition to your exceptional communication skills and desire to exceed customer expectations, you will also bring:

  • A passion for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • An ability to work autonomously within a collaborative team. 
  • A creative spirit, approaching client briefs with a positive can-do attitude and a drive to succeed. 
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. 
  • Confidence to network and liaise with people across the local business community. 
  • A proven record in solution selling - with experience in media or marketing highly advantageous but not essential.
