Joining SCA's National Marketing & Communications team and reporting to the Senior Media Manager, the Media Manager - LiSTNR will develop tailored media solutions that address business-objectives and drive marketing solutions that ensure SCA is market leading in media entertainment categories. As our newest Media Manager, you will develop innovative and successful solutions for SCA’s corporate identity, stations, shows and new business ventures.
The Media Manager - LiSTNR will possess a future facing skill set and will be required to plan, identify, lead and report end to end on key media campaigns with a strong focus on Search, Social, Display delivered across SCA’s key brands: Hit, TripleM, SCA Trade, Listnr and emerging digital audio brands.
Make no mistake, we are after the best! The successful candidate will possess:
- Experience within an Advertising or Media agency environment, specialising in digital media / digital media planning, programmatic buying and optimisation.
- Experience with managing and implementing online media campaigns across Search, Social and Display channels.
- An understanding of DMPs and audience targeting capabilities
- Experience with booking offline media channels such as TV, Print, OOH
- Strong analytic skills and the ability to relate results to business objectives
- Superior negotiation skills and the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders
- Track record of delivering successful campaigns on-time and with measurable results
- A passion for learning and knowledge of the latest trends in the digital audio space
- Knowledge of basic HTML
- Knowledge and knowledge of ad servers, such as: Sizmek, Flashtalking, Google Ad manager, DoubleClick.
- Salesforce and Tableau experience (desirable)
